The Spring Lake Park Panthers Basketball Club Bylaws outlines the governance of the club. The Traveling Basketball Handbook defines the basic guidelines that the club follows for the traveling program. A handbook does not exist for the Rec program.  

The board meets on a monthly basis, usually the first Sunday of the month, and typically at 6:30 pm at Blaine City Hall.  Board meetings are open to club members. Check the calendar for updated information. Minutes are posted online when approved by the board at the following months meeting.
