The Spring Lake Park Panthers Basketball Club (SLPPBC) strives to make it economically possible for players to participate in our programs. To accomplish that goal, the SLPPBC offers scholarships to eligible participants. To be considered, players must qualify for the Educational Benefits Program as determined by Spring Lake Park Schools. Proof of participation in this program is required.

Generally, as funds are available, the club sponsors have assisted the club in providing 100% discounts to recreational players & 50% discounts for travel players who qualify for this district-wide program.  Additionally, if our registration fees create a financial hardship for your family, you may inquire with the club as to if any additional partial or full scholarships may be available.

If a scholarship is awarded the amount will be determined exclusively at the sole discretion of the SLPBBC board of directors.

To request an Educational Benefits program scholarship, please send a copy of the current school year SLP School District Educational Benefits Approval Letter to the club’s secretary, Sarah Lee.

Visit the SLP Nutrition Services Department page or stop by the district office / any school front office to fill out the Educational Benefits form in order to qualify for this discount.

NOTE: To lessen registration challenges, please do not register online until you have confirmation of scholarship approval & have received your discount code to apply in the registration process.
