Tryout Prep Clinic
Dates: Wednesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 17
Location: Westwood Middle School
What to Bring: basketball, shoes, and water bottle

To better prepare for our mandatory travel tryouts, we have a tryout prep clinic that we strongly encourage all players to attend.
This tryout prep clinic will help your player become familiar with what to expect during tryouts.
There is no cost or need to register for this event. Once you submit your travel registration, you are automatically enrolled in this clinic. Just show up and be ready to work!
Tryout Weekend

- 3rd/4th Grade Girls: 8-10AM
- 5th Grade Girls: 9:30-11:30AM
- 6th Grade Boys: 11AM-1:15PM
- 3rd Grade Boys: 12:45-2:30PM
- 4th Grade Boys: 1:45-3:45PM
- 5th Grade Boys: 3:15-6PM
Sunday, September 20 Tryout Schedule
- 6th Grade Girls: 10AM-12:15PM
- 7/8th Grade Girls: 11:45AM-1:45PM
- 7th Grade Boys: 1:15-3:45PM
- 8th Grade Boys: 3:15-5:45PM
The day of your tryout is locked in. The time is subject to slight adjustments as we get closer to the tryout dates.
The amount of time scheduled for tryouts includes check-in, uniform try-on, warm ups, and the tryout. Please arrive at your scheduled time, there is no need to arrive early.
The amount of time allotted for each age group is dependent on multiple factors including, player age and number of players registered.
During tryouts, parents are required to attend a mandatory meeting. At this meeting a board member will discuss important expectations for the season and you can also ask questions.
New This Year: Players will try on and order their uniform as a part of tryouts. This has been built into the tryout time, you do not need to arrive before your scheduled time. Parents are strongly encouraged to accompany their player to the tryout session to help determine the proper uniform size. Before a player goes to the gym to warm up they will complete their uniform order.
The $25 tryout fee has been included in your player's travel registration. Players are not guaranteed a spot on a team. If your player does not make a travel team, you will be refunded any payments made to that point minus the $25 tryout fee.
